Our artisan bakery is located in Glenalta, in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. We pride ourselves to be the keepers of European family baking traditions passed on through four generations.
What's it all about?
- Our experience draws from Italian, French, German and Scandinavian traditions;
- We use only pure ingredients sourced locally. No dough improvers, enzymes, hard fat, emulsifiers, preservatives - absolutely no additives;
- Our breads require 2 to 5 days to craft into the final loaf;
- Our sourdoughs do not contain yeast;
- Our pastry and viennoiserie are hand made.
Hills Baking’s small production of artisan breads are available wholesale to selected gourmet shops and cafes or to the public via our unique Bread ClubTM subscription.
